Please ensure you review your order carefully before submission to ensure your school or organization designs are correct.
Notify Our Team
Contact our customer service department within 14 days of receiving your order to report any defects or inaccuracies in your custom garments.
Provide Proof
Email us high-resolution photographs of the faulty item alongside your order number so our quality control team can assess the issue.
Secure Packaging
Once authorized, place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the product is unworn and in the same condition as when it arrived.
Ship and Refund
Return the items using our pre-paid label; once inspected, we will issue a full refund or arrange for a priority replacement to be sent to you.
